Student Life at Clifford Academy
We believe that students’ emotional and physical well-being is connected to their potential for academic and personal success. We are committed to helping students learn to overcome obstacles and hardships. Through close collaboration and communication among staff, students, parent/guardian, sending districts, we work hard to ensure that every student is engaging and thriving in the academic, vocational and clinical programming offered at Clifford Academy.
Located on 166 acres in Walpole, Clifford Academy offers a wide spectrum of recreational activities in a beautiful, spacious setting. Our campus supports popular pastimes, such as flag football, hiking, baseball, gardening and more.
Our Project Adventure ropes course provides an amazing opportunity for students to participate in cooperative games and team-building activities. The ropers course is designed to make a positive difference in the lives of our students. Through the challenging adventure activities and focused reflections, our community of learners can achieve both academic and social growth.
Students are also supported in gaining employment experience both on campus and in the community to explore their interests and to develop skills for future careers. At Clifford Academy, students have the opportunity to qualify for volunteer and paid internship opportunities, all of which help them discover their potential in new, supportive environments.
